The Faculty and the University of Split have signed a number of agreements with international institutions, which allow students to participate in international student exchange programmes. The most important and best -known international exchange program is the ERASMUS + program, which enables students to:

1. Complete a study period (includes taking courses, or completion of a graduate thesis at a foreign partner institution in program countries or partner countries. The study stay may last from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 12 months). Find out more about this student exchange model at this link.
2. Complete student traineeship (includes training in practical knowledge and skills at a foreign partner institution or business entity in program countries or partner countries). Your traineeship abroad can last from a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 12 months. Your total time abroad (study abroad periods included) may not exceed 12 months within one cycle of study. There are two models of ERASMUS + inter-institutional agreements:

• Cooperation with Program Countries – inter-institutional agreement is signed exclusively by Program Countries (EU Member States, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia). A list of FESB agreements is available at this link.
• Cooperation with Partner Countries – agreement between a higher education institution in a Program Country and a partner higher education institution in certain parts of the world (EU neighborhood countries, Russia, Western Balkan countries, Latin America, Asia, African, Caribbean and Pacific countries).
